专利摘要:
In a tank container, the tank (16) which is formed of a plurality of parallel cylindrical shells (17, 18) is connected by saddle structures (19) to a pair of end frames (10). The saddle structures (19) each consist of a U-bar (20) having its legs welded to the respective shell (17, 18) and two L-bars (21, 22) welded to the lower traverse (13) and, respectively, the corresponding corner upright (11, 12).

This invention relates to containers for transporting and storing liquid goods.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength.
Making the saddle structures for connecting the tank with the end frames in the form of V-shaped profiles, fixed at an angle by the edges of their two shelves on the tank with the formation of a bridge, reinforced in two-corner guides, allows to increase the resistance of the seats of the tanks in the end frames m acting in the axial direction.
FIG. 1 shows a filling container, front view; in fig. 2 - the same, left lower corner; in fig. 3 - WCD in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 — left bottom corner of the container, option.
The filling container consists of a reservoir 1 composed of two partially cylindrical shells 2 and 3 adjacent to one another along a generator, with the axes of both partial circular cylinders parallel to each other and located in one common horizontal plane. The reservoir 1 can also be made of three partially cylindrical shells, similar to shells 2 and 3, with parallel axes joining in the same horizontal plane.
The tank 1 has two end frames 4, each of which consists of two corner supports 5 and 6 and two cross posts 7 and 8, respectively connected to each other through the corner parts 9 of the mount. The tank 1 is connected to the end face.

my, 4 through two saddle structures 10.
Each of the two saddle structures 10 includes a V-shaped section 11 with shelves 12 welded by the edges of its shelves 12 to the shell 2 or 3. Each guide 11 has a slope 13 located at an angle of two 14 and 15, fixed by the edges of their both shelves, respectively, on the inner side of the corner support posts 5 and 6 and the transverse posts 7 of the end frames 4.
One of the shelves of the angle guide 14 or 15 is connected to the corresponding shelf 12 of the guide 11 of the V-shaped profile. The V-shaped guide 11 has a comparatively | relatively wide jumper 13 and relatively narrow shelves 12. This account provides sufficient contact surface between jumper 13, guide 11 with a U-shaped profile and a corner shelf that belongs here guides 14 and 15. The end edge of the V-shaped profile of the guide 11, located in front of the end frame 4, is welded mainly to the reinforcing element 16 extending in the circumferential direction of the tank 1, ending with roundings 17 with small strains, V-shaped p cross-section. The guide 11 with a V-shaped profile can be terminated on a reinforcing ring completely enclosing tank 1 (not shown).
The end of the V-shaped guide 11, facing the end frame 4, rests on the bottom 18 of the reservoir 1 through two nodal gaps 19, which are inserted between the shelves 12 of the guide 11 with the V-shaped profile and the outer surface of the bottom 18 of the shell 2 or 3 tanks 1 and whose free ends, inclined or lifting, extend from the outer end of the guide 11 with a V-shaped profile to the bottom 18 of the tank 1
Both knotted faski 19 are bent at the ends toward each other, thereby providing a closed weld joint at the bottom 18 of the tank 1. Due to this, voltage peaks that can occur at the free ends of the welds in the force transmitting elements are prevented.

The corner guides 14 and 15 extend beyond the axial width of the transverse 7 and angular 5 and 6 posts of the end frame 4 in the axial direction of the reservoir 1. The guide 11 with a V-shaped profile is welded to the enclosing shell 2 or 3 of the reservoir. 1, extends beyond the sheath 2 or 3 of the reservoir 1 and ends slightly with no income to the outer end surface of the end frame 4. Due to this, there is a sufficient length for connecting the three directions 11, 14 and 15.
The angled guide 15, mounted on an angular support stand 5 or 6, can be connected to a rectangular knot shaped 20, which is bent at its lower level inward, forms a gripping edge 21 and acts as a direction for inserting the gripping levers of the crane. The gripping edge 21, through the next inclined and fixed on the inner surface of the frame 4 facing the shell 2 or 4, the knotted gusset 22 is connected to an angled guide shelf 15 tilting down and outward, thereby achieving a substantial tightening like gripping edge 21, as well as the most corner guide 1 5.
Also, an angled guide 14 welded to the transverse leg 7, inclined downwardly and outwardly, can be connected to a knotted trimmer 23, the lower edge of which extends in the longitudinal direction of the reservoir 1 inclined inward. Thus, the angled guide 14 can be tightened in the same way as in the case of the angled guide 15 with the nodular gutter 22. In both cases, it is advisable to weld the nodal gussets 22 and 23 to the vertically passing inner surface of the angular rack 5.6 respectively transverse 7.
The V-shaped guide 11 is welded to the shell 2 or 3 of the tank 1 so that its web 13 and its flanges 12 are drawn at an angle of 45 to the horizontal and vertical. In this case, angled guides 14 and 15 with the same
shelves, however, the width of the shelves of both angles should be different. 14 and 15 may be different.
Options are possible when both angled guides 14 and 15 are adjacent to the bridge 23, as well as to the shelves 12 of the guide 11 with a V-profile. In the latter case, the width of the jumper 13 of the guide 11 with the V-profile is increased, while the height of its shelves 12 is increased. Such an implementation may be appropriate depending on the position of the shells 2 and 3 of the tank 1 with respect to the end frame 4.
the container is used as follows.
The forces diverging from the tank 1 through the V-shaped guide 11 and the angled guides 14 and 15 connected to this guide are inserted in the same place in the end frame 4 which is adjacent to the corresponding corner fastening part 9 i.e. lever arm between the place where the force is diverted from the tank 1, and the corner part 9 of the mount, which is to transmit
these forces are on a trans-front with end frames, about a means of transport or another carrier, and with the fact that, in order to increase the system, it is relatively short, so axial acceleration of strength, in it each saddle structure is made in the form of a pro-longitudinal V-shaped profile
Seat structures 10 depending on both shelves with cylindrical
shells with the formation of jumpers so that the jumper is at an angle, and two corner guides.
rhenium x are correspondingly small
The sizes of the bulk container 1 and perceived efforts can be executed in the form of a separate connector
elements between the tanks 1 and the end frame 4 or in addition to other connecting elements in the upper zone of the end frame 4.
When the tank 1 is mounted with the fixed edges of their both shelves, respectively, on the inner side of the corner support posts and the transverse posts of the end frames, one of the shelves of each corner rail
With the V-shaped guideline 11, it is connected to the corresponding shelf with a profile, which is installed in the required-Y-shaped profile.
At the same time, the angle between the angle guides 1D and 15 ков of the guide 1 1 with the V-shaped profile is carried out, and up to this point in time they can be compensated for by linear tolerances between tank 1 and face
frame 4.
The design of the seat structures 10 provides, to the greatest extent possible, a short and straight line input of axial forces to the lower corner fastener parts, consists of a small number of easily prefabricated elements and is easy to install.
